We want you to be satisfied. Here is how we handle refunds.
Short version: AstroPulse reports are digital products generated specifically for you. Because each report is personalised and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered. However, if your report is not delivered due to a technical failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery.
Unlike physical products, AstroPulse reports are generated on-demand using your specific birth data and delivered digitally within minutes of payment. Once a report has been generated and delivered, the computational and AI resources used to create it cannot be recovered.
Additionally, the content of each report is unique to the individual whose birth data was submitted. Reports cannot be resold or reassigned. For these reasons, we follow a no-refund policy for successfully delivered reports.

In all the above cases, please contact us at support@astropulse.in with your order details and we will investigate promptly. Confirmed refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We take care to describe our reports accurately on our website, including what they cover and what they do not cover. We encourage you to read the report descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
If you did not receive your report due to an incorrect email address or a delivery issue on our end, we will re-deliver the report at no additional charge. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for re-delivery assistance.
If your report download link has expired (links are valid for 7 days), we will provide a fresh download link upon request. This is not considered a refund situation.
If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of report delivery. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@astropulse.in before initiating any dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly.
